We provide emerging healthcare companies with CBO services where we execute deals in GTM, Fundraising, Collaborations, Partnerships and Licensing
Investor Relations for Fund Managers
Investor relations and fundraising strategy targeting Limited Partners. Leveraging direct networking, PR social media and events to acquire new Limited Partners aligned with the fund thesis.
SIC Pricing Model
We engage with early and late stage companies by taking a combination of equity, success fee (on GTM or Partnership deals) and in all cases a modest monthly retainer. In the case of large fundraising engagements, we partner with select Broker-Dealers in our network.
We engage with Venture Funds by taking a percentage of the carry.

Michael brings extensive sales experience in life sciences. His expertise includes biopharmaceutical business development, IP licensing, and deal-making with both startups and large pharmaceutical companies across diverse modalities. Additionally, he has successfully launched platform technologies and commercialized complex biologics and MedTech devices.
Lauren Glaser
Advisor
Lauren brings nearly 20 years of life science and biotech experience in investor relations, capital markets advisory, corporate strategy, strategic finance and corporate communications. Her broad industry experience has been generated by a career spanning internal operational leadership roles at various public companies as well as external advisory roles with both private and public life science companies. She has counselled management teams through navigation of the U.S. and ex-U.S. capital markets including private and public transactions ranging from seed stage deals through IPOs and beyond.
